I took the right headlight motor apart to replace the bushings....motor does not work now....did i miss something?

Steve, thanks for the tip about Rodneys window up/down helpers. I got them and WOW....started the car and timed the windows up/down. All up/down under 3.5 sec. Prior to, in the 6 - 8.5 sec. range
