Steve, thanks for the tip about Rodneys window up/down helpers. I got them and WOW....started the car and timed the windows up/down. All up/down under 3.5 sec. Prior to, in the 6 - 8.5 sec. range

How's the grease on the tracks? I've heard that old lubricant can be the biggest hindrance to window performance. Next, I would try jumpering the window motors directly to a battery source...

Who knows what electric window motors will fit the Fiero to run the windows up FASTER? Mine work OK, but I can take a nap while the window(s) go up.
